This document provides the initial project management plan (PMP) serving as handbook for the “Safe and efficient storage of ammonia within ships” (abbr. NH3CRAFT) project in order to ensure an efficient project implementation as well as high-quality project results. With this handbook, activities of all work packages are coordinated and consolidated throughout the project duration. It ensures that all necessary steps will be planned and synchronized to achieve the goals of the project during the different phases. The continu-ous work planning will be a major tool to ensure project continuity . The project management plan provides details of:
