“Management & Scientific coordination” which is related to task 1.1 promotes the effective management of the project with emphasis on meeting the EC requirements. Through this task, NH3CRAFT project’s progress is monitored while focusing on achieving the objectives of the project. Same is ensured via partners’ cooperation and coordination, monitoring of work flow and accomplishment of milestones, deliverables quality management, management of risks and conflicts and preparation and chairing of meetings.
